| My name is Dondi Vesprini and
I am running for the Board of Directors of ABATE of
Michigan. For the past 11 plus years I have been an attorney
with the Law Offices of Lawrence S. Katkowsky who is a
longtime motorcycle rights activist and board member of
ABATE. During that span I have been pleased to represent
numerous members of ABATE in their legal issues including
illegal helmet tickets, personal injury cases, social
security disability matters, criminal issues, and other
legal matters. Also during that span, I have answered legal
questions that members have had come up regarding a wide
range of issues and have provided legal opinions as asked by
the Board from time to time. I have also given multiple
presentations to the membership at various ABATE seminars
over the years. More recently, I have also represented and
done work for ABATE concerning legislative issues that
impact the organization and its membership and have appeared
with the Board at various meetings in Lansing with
representatives of the insurance industry and the Governor’s
office. I would appreciate the opportunity to continue
assisting ABATE of Michigan as a member of the Board, and
kindly ask for your vote at the upcoming elections in
January
